I started in the industry in November 2008 in Leeds England. Expanded to Sheffield England in January 2009 with my leader, and got promoted to assistant owner in April 2009. Opened up my first office in September 2009 and expanded back to Leeds from Sheffield in January 2010 after promoting 4 owners and 2 assistant owners. Won rookie owner of the year 2010.

Moved to New York March 15th, 2015 and went back in the field to build an org from scratch. Opened up in New York in August 2015 and got promoted to Regional Consultant in June 2016. Moved to Atlanta in April 2017 and got promoted to National Consultant in June 2019. Currently oversee 1 national consultant and 4 Regional consultants with 107 owners and assistants in the crew “DreamTeam FMC”. Also oversees the spectrum retail campaign with over 103 Owners and assistants. Recently got promoted to credico board member in July 2025. Investor in multiple companies and crypto. Owner and joint owner in multiple companies. Real estate owner and rental operator. Family man with a beautiful wife and 2 amazing boys. Known to be dependable for everyone in my life and lives with HEART everyday.

Over the past five years on the Charter program, I have progressed to both Regional and National Consultant positions, personally opened three new markets, and helped expand the program to eight active markets, with growth to twelve markets on the horizon within my organization.

My greatest strength is developing people—equipping new team members with the belief, tools, and habits needed not only to succeed financially, but to build meaningful careers and lasting professional skill sets.

I firmly believe people leave careers when they no longer enjoy what they do or feel they have reached a ceiling. Throughout my tenure, regardless of challenges or advancement, I have never felt either. That is why I remain incredibly excited about the future of this program and the opportunities ahead.
