Josh Lucas
Owner
AlterEgo International | Charlotte, North Carolina
I’m 28 years old, originally from San Diego California. My background is mainly in music and sports, I’ve been playing drums since I was 8 years old and have been playing some sort of sport for as long as I can remember. Both the idea of entertaining people and competing have always been fun to me.
College football brought me to the southeast originally, where I planned to play professional football overseas. COVID kept me stateside and landed me in Atlanta, where I started in the industry. I trained there for 11 months, and then expanded to Charlotte, NC where I’ve been since February 2022. I started on the Spectrum campaign soon after in March and have been doing it since then!

Just expanded to Syracuse with an assistant owner and am looking to grow the program even more. Fun fact: the only leftie in the family…

Tyler Basker
CEO
BOL Partners | Milwaukee, Wisconsin
I’m originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. After college, I worked in hospitality and coached baseball at both the high school and collegiate levels. I started in the industry and joined this campaign in November 2019, then began running an office in June 2021. Over the past few years, I’ve focused on building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating an environment that is both competitive and fun. My strengths are recruitment, training, and helping people grow into larger opportunities within the business.
Last year was a huge milestone year for both myself and my organization. I earned recognition for having the 3rd most PSUs on the campaign, joined the Million Dollar Club, and was awarded Comeback Owner of the Year. My organization also promoted 9 people to Assistant Manager and 3 into ownership. Moving into the Milwaukee market is an exciting new challenge, and my goal is to replicate the success we built in Los Angeles while continuing to work toward Regional and National Consultant positions on the campaign.

Edwin Jacques, Sr.
CEO
BOOM Media Global, Inc. | Cincinnati, Ohio
Born in Fort Lauderdale, FL from Haitian parents.
Got my degree from Florida International University in Accounting and Criminal Justice. There and through my previous positions prior to this, I learned work ethic will make up for the connections, looks and talent that I didn't have. So when I found this company it was perfect lock and key fit. I have been in the campaign since 2021 and learned that you have to be someone who is a problem solver, competitive and someone who thinks outside of the box. Won mobile sales of the year, reached top quality a few time but now my focus is to grow myself into consultancy while expanding the reach of our success to different regions.

Gabriel R. Camacho
President
EHTD | Los Angeles, California
Gabriel Camacho is originally from South Oxnard, California, where he was raised by his grandmother and later by his Aunt Blanca—two women who shaped the foundation of his work ethic and character.
One phrase from his grandmother continues to guide him today: “El Huevón Trabaja Doble”—the lazy man works twice as hard. That principle became the driving force behind his mindset and is the meaning behind his company name, EHTD.
A lifelong competitor, Gabriel’s background in football—playing multiple positions including tight end, quarterback, safety, and later becoming a college kicker—taught him discipline, adaptability, and how to perform under pressure while contributing to a team.
He has spent the past three years working with his current client (Charter), where he has developed his leadership skills, built teams, and created opportunities for others. His time with Marriott further reinforced a belief he carries into everything he does: people are at the center of all success.
Gabriel is driven by a vision that goes beyond personal achievement. Rather than simply climbing the ladder, his focus has been on building one—creating a path for others to grow, lead, and succeed alongside him.
Today, he remains committed to raising standards, developing leaders, and continuing to expand his impact—both professionally and personally—as he builds something greater than himself. His office is based in Downtown Los Angeles, where he continues to grow his organization and influence.

Jeremy Peavey
CEO/President
F.E.A.R365 | Hoover, Alabama
My name is Jeremy Peavey, and I’m from a small town in Alabama near Tuskegee called Reeltown. Yes, it’s a real place. Growing up, I learned early that if I wanted something, I had to work for it. Sports became a huge part of my life, and competing in football, baseball, and basketball helped shape my discipline, confidence, and drive. That competitive mindset eventually led me to play football at the collegiate level, where I also became a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma and earned my degree in Business Management.
Since joining the campaign in 2022, I’ve focused on building strong relationships, mastering the field, and staying persistent through every challenge. In 2024, I became an owner after starting in Los Angeles and later expanding operations back home to Hoover, Alabama. One of my biggest motivations is my 12 year old daughter, who continues to fuel my drive to grow and build something meaningful. Life has thrown plenty of challenges my way, but every lesson has shaped my character. I thank God for the journey, the growth, and the opportunity to keep pushing forward.

Shiv Ravishankar
CEO
Fast Track Solutions | Austin, Texas
’m originally from Bangalore, India, and moved to Jonesboro, Arkansas in 2011 to pursue my college education. I completed my degree in 2017, but along the way, I realized that a traditional path in engineering wasn’t aligned with my long-term vision. My true goal has always been to become a producer and director in Hollywood, and I knew I needed to make intentional changes to move closer to that path.
After graduating, I made the decision to pivot into marketing—an environment where I could develop my creativity, communication skills, and strategic thinking. This led me to New York City, where I found the opportunity I had been searching for. Since then, my journey has been fast-paced, challenging, and incredibly rewarding.
I was looking for more than just a job—I needed a space where I could grow creatively, build strong habits, and develop the mindset required to succeed in a competitive industry. Embracing a student mentality, staying coachable, and continuously learning have been essential to my growth. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them effectively across different areas.
Looking ahead, my long-term goal is to become a producer and director in Hollywood. In the mid-term, I aim to rise into a leadership role, such as a Consultant, within my industry. In the short term, I set out to expand operations by opening multiple offices and building scalable systems.
Ultimately, I strive to lead with purpose, maintain balance in life, and uphold strong ethical principles while creating meaningful impact. I believe success comes from being willing to go where others won’t and providing value in ways that truly matter.

Robert Ylagan
Senior Executive
Ylagan Corporation | San Antonio, Texas
Before starting within this industry, I worked in the Law field.
My major is interdisciplinary so it focused on the intersection between Law and Psychology. I lived in New York, so I was interning for numerous corporate law firms throughout my college career. Besides school, I was involveo in many leadership roles such as being President of my student body.
I wanted a change in my career. I was going down the Law route but decided to change my career. So I started looking for a different route that would allow me to grow and learn new skills. I also was looking for a company that would put as much time and effort into me as I put into them.
I look up to my mom. She is my greatest hero. My mom had a stroke a few years ago and is unable to use the left arm anymore, yet she still works her butt off to achieve not only a better life for herself but my entire family as well.
Learning to get out of your own head. I am my worst critic as everyone says but to an even worse extent. I love to overthink, but I had to learn to get out of my head and allow myself to be coached instead of coaching myself. Utilizing my mentors helped me get out of my head and allowed me to improve.
I most grateful for my friends and family and the countless coaches that have helped and supported me. I am most proud of the business that I was able to build and what I am continuing to build.
My personal goal is to make people the best versions of themselves.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to help build and run offices all over the country—Miami, Chicago, Indianapolis, Seattle, New Jersey, Reno—and now I’m working as a Regional Consultant, focused on developing leaders and continuing to grow the business.
Outside of work, I’m big on golf, being near the beach, and most importantly spending time with my wife and my 2-year-old—full dad life. And if you know me, you already know I’m a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan… Go Birds.

Early on, I found success in sales, becoming the number one representative in the spectrum campaign over 50 times and setting a personal record with a $4,000 week. I was also honored to receive the Spectrum Brand Ambassador Award in 2025, which recognized my performance and commitment to representing the brand at a high level.
For me, success has always been about more than just individual results. I take pride in leading from the front—setting the tone, staying hands-on with my team, and showing people exactly what it takes to win. I believe strong leadership comes from example, consistency, and accountability.

Outside of business, I’m a dedicated Philadelphia Eagles fan and had the opportunity to attend the Super Bowl they won, which was an unforgettable experience and a reminder of what it looks like to be part of a championship-level team.

Michael Taylor
Owner
Wolfpack Obe | New Orleans, Louisiana
From the quiet streets of Denmark, Wisconsin, Michael Taylor has always known that greatness isn’t defined by where you start — it’s defined by where you’re willing to go.
A proud alumnus of both Concordia University Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Michael sharpened his mind, his creativity, and his competitive spirit on campus — pushing his limits not only in the classroom, but on the track as well. As a collegiate track and field and cross country athlete, he learned early that endurance, discipline, and the drive to keep moving forward are what separate the good from the great.
After five years building a distinguished career in the design field, Michael felt the pull toward something more — a desire to create real, measurable impact in people’s lives. That calling led him to the industry, where he joined under the mentorship of Steve Dongo’s office in Milwaukee. He didn’t stay in one place for long. His relentless work ethic and natural leadership carried him to Beaumont, where he earned a well-deserved promotion, and then onward to the New Orleans market, where he proudly opened his own office on Spectrum.
The milestones don’t stop there. Michael recently promoted his first manager, Logan — a moment that speaks volumes about the kind of leader he is: one who lifts others as he rises. With more promotions on the horizon, Michael’s office is quickly becoming a launching pad for the next generation of leaders.
At the heart of it all is a simple but powerful mission — to help as many people as possible. Whether it’s putting money back in a family’s pocket, helping a teammate crush their goals, or simply walking into a room and making it brighter, Michael Taylor leads with purpose, passion, and an unwavering belief that the best is always yet to come.
From Denmark to New Orleans — the journey is just getting started.

I came to the United States 2 years and 6 months ago to be with my family and to create bigger opportunities for myself and my career. I started by working in a family-owned business, but deep down, I knew I wanted to build something of my own and create my own path.
I started this company at 18, almost 19 years old, with a vision to grow, lead, and make an impact.
Now, at 20 years old, I opened my own office and promoted an Assistant Manager on the very same day, a moment that meant a lot to me because it represented all the hard work, sacrifices, and belief it took to get here.
Throughout the journey, the client changed things almost every week because we were piloting the campaign through my training program. It was challenging, but instead of letting it slow us down, I learned to adapt, stay focused, and keep pushing forward. My entire team and I became stronger because of it. We learned how to handle change and turn challenges into opportunities.
That’s exactly why our team's name is “18”, because to us, it means we have no limits.
There is still so much for me to learn as I continue growing through the next stages of development, and I’m excited not only for my own growth, but for the opportunity to help develop others along the way as we keep building together.

David Godoy
CEO
Kingzway Corp | Los Angeles, California
Born and raised in Los Angeles, I joined this company with no prior sales experience and opened my own office within just 10 months. Since starting on the campaign, I’ve focused on growth, leadership, and building something bigger than myself.
One of my proudest achievements has been promoting my Assistant Manager while I was still an Assistant Manager myself. For me, leadership has always been about creating more leaders, not just personal success.
If I had to describe my greatest strengths, I’d say resilience, discipline, and leading by example. Resilience because I simply don’t know how to quit—I believe a lot of that comes from being adopted and always having the hunger to prove something greater for myself and my future. Discipline is what keeps me going, especially on the days when motivation isn’t there, because success is built on consistency, not feelings.
Lastly, inspiration through leadership is something I value deeply. I believe people naturally follow actions more than words, so I make it a priority to set the standard for myself first. Whether it’s pushing through challenges, staying accountable, or sending motivational and educational content to my team, I always aim to help others stay focused and inspired. No one is perfect, and everyone has off days—including me—but strong leadership means showing up anyway.
Everything I do is for my family, my fiancée, and my son, Kingsley, whose name inspired my business name, Kingzway. They are my reason, my purpose, and the motivation behind everything I build.

Sara Ahmed
Owner
Elevation Global, Inc. | Austin, Texas
I am a first generation student and the first in my family to pursue higher education in the United States. I was on a pre med track and earned acceptance into medical school while in the field, but ultimately chose to continue building within this industry. I have always been academically driven and graduated with strong recognition, so stepping into a fast paced, people focused environment came naturally through learning, networking, and asking the right questions. That foundation helped me develop quickly and build confidence in new spaces.
Since joining the campaign, I have grown far beyond sales. I have developed confidence in communication, relationship building, and leadership, but the biggest shift has been in my personal development. I take pride in helping others grow because I believe that is the foundation of real success. My family came from Egypt to create more opportunity, and that perspective drives everything I do. This journey taught me to stop leading with fear and start taking action, and that mindset is what continues to push me forward every day.

Cian Daly
Senior Executive
Daly Ace Collective, Inc. | Columbus, Ohio
Originally from Ireland, I moved to the U.S. in 2022 and have been on the Spectrum campaign for the past two and a half years. I hold a degree in International Business, an MBA, and qualifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. Before getting into sales, I worked as a trainer, which helped build the communication skills and discipline I bring into business today. Outside of work, I’ve played college soccer in the U.S. and competed on multiple tournament winning teams back home in Ireland. Somehow, between sports, business, and nonstop travel, I’ve also managed to collect three degrees by 25.
My biggest strengths are sales, leadership, and training people. Spectrum is the only campaign I’ve ever worked on, so over the last few years I’ve learned how to connect with just about every type of customer possible. Since opening as a rookie owner in January, my office has consistently ranked at the top of the campaign for quality while also performing among the top offices overall. One of my proudest achievements has been returning from Ireland and growing from one person to a team of 13 in just eight weeks. More than anything, I take pride in setting the standard in the office and helping develop future leaders through example, consistency, and culture.

Jonny Frausto
Senior Executive
Charo Marketing Solutions | Cleveland, Ohio
Born in Mexico and raised on the South Side of Chicago, I grew up in a competitive environment where sports shaped my mindset early on. Football, wrestling, and baseball weren’t just hobbies—they were training grounds for discipline, resilience, and leadership. Baseball became my lane, giving me the opportunity to compete at a high level and reinforcing a belief that performance is built on consistency and work ethic. That same competitive drive carried over into my professional career, where I’ve spent the last 18 months on the Spectrum campaign developing both results and people.
Today, I lead expansion efforts in Cleveland, Ohio, focused on building a high-performance team and creating real growth opportunities. My strengths lie in connecting with people, generating energy, and bringing out the best in those around me. The mission is clear: develop leaders, drive production, and scale the operation. With a goal of promoting at least five assistant managers and securing multiple expansion deals, the focus is on building something that lasts—an organization where success is earned, leadership is developed, and growth is inevitable.
