Jonathan Dale is an Account Executive with Credico, bringing a strong background in client management and relationship development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing as well as a master’s degree in Employment and Labor Relations, combining business strategy with a deep understanding of workplace dynamics.

Originally from western Pennsylvania near Pittsburgh, Jonathan began his professional journey working in government in Memphis, Tennessee, where he completed his graduate studies. He later spent six years in Boston, gaining valuable experience across several organizations with a focus on client engagement and account management.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys staying active through regular exercise, expressing creativity through origami, and unwinding with video games. He also has a knack for organization, often channeling it into meticulously curating his wardrobe.

In addition to his professional career, Jonathan spent a decade teaching high-energy indoor cycling classes. He’s considering a return to the instructor’s seat—and if he does, he looks forward to seeing familiar and new faces in the studio.

Jackson McElhenney is a business development and strategic partnerships leader based in Boca Raton, Florida. A Miami University graduate, he has spent the last five years at Credico working first in client services as a Junior Account Manager and then Account Manager before moving into his current Business Development role. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, skiing, and running.

With over five years of experience as a National Account Manager at Credico, I am a driving force behind the Spectrum team’s success in the East. They specialize in bridging the gap between field operations and retail excellence, utilizing deep-rooted relationships with Spectrum AEs to maintain a high standard of service at the store level. Known for their hands-on approach to performance management, I empower ISOs to reach peak national KPIs through consistent accountability and field-level inspection.

Consultant for Spectrum Campaign.

Seven years with CredicoUSA . Barbara’s first experience was a NAM on the Spectrum campaign.

Two years later in 2022, Barbara stayed on as a consultant. She set up a new company, Bair Management Services, LLC allowing her to find new opportunities for our ISO’s. Responsibilities included reviewing Agreements and scheduling of staffing. She was responsible to make sure all rent payments due to our clients were paid on time. She reviewed all Agreements to either renew (based on Credico and Spectrum input) ) or discontinue the relationship. At a later date, she took over the Events, researching events in territories that the ISO would staff.

Barbara makes herself available to all the NAMs and management supporting them when needed.

National Account Manager

Credico | Austin, Texas

Andrew Cordero is a National Account Manager with Credico and a collaborator in the Charter/Credico partnership. Originally from Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY, he relocated to Texas in 2021 and joined Credico in 2023.

He began by supporting the Texas market before being promoted within a year to a national role, now working across multiple regions including California, Nevada, New York City, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Texas.

With a background in both beverage sales and telecom, Andrew brings a balanced understanding of client operations and field execution, supporting ISOs across his markets.
